"Believing change is possible"
Venues
I work in the heart of Falmouth from a converted cabin in my garden; providing
comfy seats, a warm setting and a safe place for our work together.
During the COVID pandemic I will be offering hand sanitiser & two-meter social distancing, as well as online availability if this is preferred
About me
I am a fully qualified counsellor who works with young people and adults.
I am fully insured and a registered member with the BACP.
My space will provide you with an area to explore any difficulties which arise for you in a safe, therapeutic and confidential environment.
I work creatively, introducing a variety of ways for us to work together
1.
Depression
Depression is when hopelessness feels persistent and interferes with daily living.
Counselling may help to understand the deep rooted causes and explore ways to alleviate depressive symptoms.
2.
Addiction
Addiction is a difficulty in managing repetitive behaviours that may have damaging consequences.
Counselling may help to recognise the triggers that are causing this pain and suffering and strategies for managing dependency.
3.
Anxiety
Anxiety is all consuming. We can feel overloaded by circumstances that we may find stressful, this in turn impacts daily living.
Counselling may help to identify triggers, explore underlying issues that cause anxiety and find helpful strategies to manage these difficult periods.
4.
Grief and loss
Grief and bereavement is the devastating pain experienced in loss.
Counselling may help in coping with pain and your own process of grief and loss.
What can I support you with?
